Aliso Niguel High School will be holding their 2026 Career Fair on Monday, March 23, 2026 from 5-7 p.m. The purpose of the fair is to expose students to diverse career paths so they can have a better understanding of what they might want to pursue in the future.
Many students say they plan on attending the fair to learn more about careers they may not have considered before. It’s a chance to explore possible college majors or future job opportunities. This fair will be helpful for students to get direct conversation with professionals instead of just researching online. The fair also gives students a chance to ask questions and hear real-life experiences directly from professionals, which can make the idea of future careers feel more concrete and achievable.
The interactive nature of the career fair will bring many students to participate and join to learn more about their future. Students will be able to walk around different booths and talk to professionals in the specific career fields.
Tiger Lilee Flores (11) said she hopes to attend the fair to learn more about healthcare careers.
“I am interested in becoming a doctor, so I want to see what it might be like,” said Flores.
Other students are interested in careers related to technology, including software development and cybersecurity, which continue to grow as industries rely more on digital systems with the introduction to AI. Newer careers fields that may have not been heavily talked about will be showcased at the career fair for students to learn more about.
Creative careers will also be represented, such as graphic design, media production or fields of photography. This gives students a chance to learn about jobs that combine are more artistically driven opposed to white-collar jobs.
Karla Davila (11) says, “I am excited to see the more artistic based jobs. I have always been interested in pursuing the arts and potentially majoring in something pertaining to that.” The Career Fair is a great place for students to experiment with their interests and find out something new.
Careers in public service, including firefighting and police officering, are also going to be presented, giving students insight into government-based jobs that focus on bettering the community. Students interested in leadership, law or emergency response can learn about the responsibilities that come with those intense jobs.
At the fair, you can also have your resume reviewed by College and Career advisors, who will give you feedback on your work. There will also be internship and job opportunities discussed for students who want to stay on track for top universities, over the summer.
Students who decide to go to this fair will be a step ahead on understanding their future goals and what comes along with following that path. The purpose of this fair is to give guidance and help students learn more about themselves.
Whether you’re certain of your future plans or just exploring, the 2026 Career Fair is a good place to learn more about yourself, and begin building plans for after high school.
