Tesla has expanded its presence in Orange County with the opening of a new store and service center in Aliso Viejo Town Center. Located at 26502 Aliso Creek Rd, the new location offers a service center and showroom, making it a convenient destination for Tesla owners and potential buyers.
The store operates Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sundays, allowing customers to explore Tesla’s latest vehicle lineup, schedule test drives, and learn about the company’s technology. Tesla advisors are available to guide customers through the purchasing process and answer any questions about software, charging, or financing.
For current Tesla owners, the center provides maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics. Tesla’s service model emphasizes remote diagnostics and mobile service. Any minor repairs can be completed without a visit to the shop. However, for larger repairs or battery diagnostics, the new location allows local Tesla drivers to get service faster and more conveniently.
The new Tesla store is part of a larger redevelopment effort at The Commons at Aliso Viejo, a shopping center undergoing a transformation along with new stores like Daiso and Marugame Udon. The property owner, ValueRock Realty, received approval from the city council to remodel the area. The Tesla facility replaces three formal storefronts such as Lowe’s, bringing a modern, high-tech presence to the shopping center.
Sherlyn Gonzalez (11) shares, “This is very new to Aliso Viejo, and I definitely plan to check it out.”
The arrival of Tesla is expected to increase foot traffic in the area, benefitting nearby businesses and bringing new energy to the retail center. As demand for electric vehicles continues to rise, Tesla’s presence in Aliso Viejo further solidifies the city’s role in the growing market.
The opening of this Tesla location comes at a time when more drivers are making the switch to electric vehicles. With California’s push towards sustainability and its plan to ban the sale of new gas powered cars by 2035, the availability of Tesla stores and service centers is becoming more important. Aliso Viejo residents now have easier access to Tesla’s technology and services, making electric vehicle ownership more convenient than ever before.
Mrs. Alicia Rodriguez, the front office lady, shares, “I think the Tesla center was not the best choice considering there is a supermarket right next to it, so I feel like there could have been a similar store rather than a dealership.”
For those new to Tesla, the showroom provides hands-on experience to explore features like Autopilot, the extensive Supercharger network and over-the-air software updates that improve vehicle performance.
The new Tesla at The Commons is a noticeable addition to the shopping center. It fits in with the area’s modern feel and draws the attention of those who are curious about electric cars or just passing by. Some may stop in to look around, while others come for a test drive or service. Tesla’s presence in Orange County adds to the variety of businesses in The Commons. With Aliso Viejo continuing to grow, it makes sense for Tesla and more stores to open a location here.
With its sleek building, technology, and commitment to sustainability, Tesla’s new store and service center in Aliso Viejo is more than just a store but a glimpse into the future of transportation in Orange County.
