- The Maid – The Maid is a gut-wrenching show based on Stephanie Land’s memoir. It focuses on a young mother escaping an abusive relationship and putting her life back together.
- Squid Game – Squid Game is the phenomenon that took over TikTok, Twitter, and other social media platforms. Created by Hwang Dong-hyuk, this show captures a group of citizens competing for $38 million dollars by playing life risking games. This show quickly inspired trends and challenges in the real world.
- Sex Education – Sex Education dropped a season three in 2021, and quickly picked up new fans as well as entertained its old ones. The show is full of heart and comedy, and teenagers and adults call it their favorite.
- The Chair – The Chair is a college campus drama that follows around the newly appointed chair of the English department at a fictional Ivy League. With budget cuts from the academic culture wars, the teacher attempts to modernize the English department while balancing her own family issues.
- I Think You Should Leave – I Think You Should Leave aired a new season of absurd humour through six 15-minute episodes in 2021.
- Lupin – Lupin is the first French show to enter Netflix’s top ten list. It is a thriller that follows a burglar as he arrows to expose the corruption of a philanthropist while clearing his fathers name at the same time. The series is full of action and suspense, but also full of emotion.
- You – You is a series about a creepy stalker: Joe Goldberg. The recent season that dropped in October completely contained its audience in horror and cliffhangers.
- High on the Hog – High on the Hog is an inspiring show that follows food writer and host, Stephen Satterfield, as he traces the history of American gastronomy from West Africa to the United States.
- The Serpent – The Serpent is an eight part drama containing drugging, robberies, and murder. It tells the real life crimes committed by Charles Sobhraj in Asia around the 1970s.
- Pretend it’s a City – Pretend it’s a City challenges and encourages New York’s secrets, weirdness, and disasters.
